AgeLine Has Been Added to the Databases Page

This database indexes more than 600 journals from 1978 to the present in the fields of social gerontology as well as aging-related research from psychology, sociology, social work, economics, public policy, and the health sciences. It covers aging-related issues for professionals in aging services, health, business, law, and mental health. AgeLine also indexes book chapters, research reports, dissertations, gray literature, and educational videos from many publishers and organizations, including AARP.

July 2006 Tip of the Month

Government Publications at Bracken Library contains a wide range of information. Whether you are looking for demographic data or information on wildlife conservation there is a good chance you will find it here. As a selective U.S. government depository, Bracken Library receives approximately 50% of the current publications available from the U.S. government. The collection also offers Indiana government publications. Items from Government Publications can be found in CardCat and may be checked out. University Libraries' Government Publications is located in Bracken Library, First Floor West.

Middletown in the Good Old Summertime
Middletown in the Good Old Summertime will be on display outside the Archives and Special Collections Research Center, Bracken Library 210, beginning June 14. The exhibit highlights summer activities in Muncie--baseball, summer camps, the circus, family reunions, the county fair--and includes historic photographs and other items from the Middletown and Stoeckel collections.
