Camio Has Been Added to the Databases Page


The Research Libraries Group (RLG) has created Catalog of Art Museum Images Online CAMIO). This online collection documents works of art from around the world. Images, text, and multimedia represent a broad range of works of art from the collections of prominent museums, highlighting the creative output of cultures around the world, from prehistoric to contemporary times, and covering the complete range of expressive forms.


The RLG is a not-for-profit organization of over 150 research libraries, archives, museums, and other cultural memory institutions.

Free Trial for Columbia Granger's World of Poetry

Columbia Granger's World of Poetry is the online version of Granger's, a standard reference work for finding poems printed in anthologies. This database allows you to find poems by author, title, or subject. If you can only remember a few words from the poem you can do a keyword search to find the poem. Columbia Granger's World of Poetry is available from the Databases page. The trial ends May 20th.

Book Review Digest Retrospective Has Been Added to the Databases Page


The Book Review Digest Retrospective provides excerpts from, and citations to, reviews of book published between 1905-1982. You will find reviews of non-fiction, adult fiction, and juvenile fiction.

Free Trial for ArchiveGrid

ArchiveGrid is a major index in the field of art which indexes more than 425 journals from 1984 to the present. It includes citations to journal articles, conference reports, and museum bulletins. ArchiveGrid is available from the Databases page. The trial ends May 31st.

Dedication to Steinbeck: The 1976 Exhibition Revisited


Dedication to Steinbeck: The 1976 Exhibition Revisited will be on display outside the Archives and Special Collections Research Center, Bracken Library 210, through May 31, 2006. In celebration of the 30th anniversary of the Dedication of Bracken Library and the University Libraries' Steinbeck Collection, the original exhibit from the dedication ceremonies is reconstructed.
